What is your dream?
Do you have a dream? Is there something that you think about all the time and say you’ll do someday? What is it and what are you waiting for? There is a deadline and time is of the essence. If you have a nagging persistent thought that just doesn’t seem to go away, have you considered that it may be the Holy Spirit talking to you. Do you know there is something you should be doing but keep making excuses why you can’t do it? If there is a dream, a thought, an inkling, or a vision and it’s coming from God, did you know that failure is not an option if you take up that cross and start walking with it? Failure only comes if you don’t do your part. You can’t say you’re waiting on God, because God has already prompted you and now he’s waiting on you.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
You must trust God
he Bible is full of “ heroes” that trusted in God, and accomplished great things. Why? Because if God is with you nothing can stop you except your unwillingness to start or keep going. That does doesn’t mean you won’t have challenges along the way. Embrace the challenges, and know that they are making you stronger for what ever lies ahead. So, what is your dream? What are you waiting on? Today is the day to say yes to the Lord.
John 9:4
As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.
You're not here by mistake.
We have all been made on purpose for a purpose. There are also many distractions to keep us from fulfilling our purpose. And, sometimes, the distraction is so veiled, that we don’t even consider it a distraction. Or, we’ve ignored our calling for so long that now it’s just normal to dismiss it. Maybe your first step is accepting Jesus. Maybe your first step is to spend more time
praying and establishing a relationship with Jesus. Maybe you first step should be a step of faith and believe that God had you in the palms of his hands.
2 Corinthians 6:2
For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.”I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.
Know, the window of opportunity does not stay open forever. There is a deadline. There is a time limit. What are you waiting for? There is a reason that you have a dream.
Ephesians 5:15-17
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.
Time is of the essence
Time is short no matter how you look at it. Remember, faith without action is dead. You are here for a purpose, so what are you waiting for?
